It is a detached house which is spread over two floors, so it is an ideal place for groups up to 10 people wishing to spend their holidays together. In fact the house is very large and allows you to share enjoyable moments together, but at the same time it allows you to having your own privacy. On the ground floor you find a spacious living room with fireplace, sofa and SAT-TV, a well equipped kitchen with adjoining cellar with typical bundle, a large bathroom with spa bath, open-plan area with double bed and the laundry room with a shower. On the upper floor there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower. You have SAT-TV not only in the living room, but also in the bedrooms, and there is also Wi-Fi in this vacation house.

To get to Villa Novale, you need an SUV or a 4WD vehicle. If you do not have 4WD (four-wheel drive) vehicle, you can park your car in Fonteno on the property of Mrs. Bertoletti and get a jeep provided. With this Jeep you drive a 900m long paved road to the Villa Novale. During the entire stay, this Jeep is used exclusively for this piece of street between Villa Novale and the House ofthe owner. For all other trips of course you use your own car.

The owner Maura Bertoletti of course speaks Italian, but you can also talk to her very well in French and English. This villa in Fonteno you can rent all over the year. Starting from the villa you can enjoy delightful walks and enjoy the nature.
